Our aptitude testing program consists of two sessions, each about three and a half hours long, and the evaluation conference, which can take one to one and a half hours.
These appointments may be scheduled on consecutive days or spread out over several days or even weeks if you prefer, with no effect on the results. Morning sessions start at 8:30 or 9:00 am and afternoon sessions start at 1:00 or 1:30 pm, depending on the local office.
Our affiliate offices (Austin, Boca Raton, North Carolina, and Tampa) are run by former full-time staff members of JOCRF. They offer the same aptitude testing service and trained staff as our other locations but operate under an independent business model.
Our current fee is $950 in all of our offices. We request a $100 deposit to hold appointments.

Directions
Our office is located on the second floor of a historic building with no direct access to the elevator (lobby is up a flight of stairs from the street). The building entry is locked at all times. Please call our office number when you arrive.
The building does not have handicapped accessible restrooms. Please let us know in advance if this poses a problem for you.
- Avoid parking fees! Numerous Seattle Metro buses run to within a few blocks of our office. Information on schedules and fares can be found on the King County Metro website.
- Link light rail (from the airport) stops at Pioneer Square Station, two blocks away at Third Avenue and Cherry Street.
- We are just a few blocks from the downtown ferry terminal, at Alaskan Way and Madison. We are also just a few blocks from the train station, King Street Station.
There are many parking lots and garages close by. The closest garage is Butler, at 114 James Street. There are two others on First Avenue between Cherry and Columbia, and another on Third and Cherry. Many have “early bird” specials if you park before 9 AM for the day. Metered street parking is limited to two hours, and not advised, except for those dropping off examinees.
